02 Community Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use
Devengers is an inclusive, supportive learning environment for student engineers and developers. When using our platform, you agree NOT to:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, or discrimination against any member.
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our platform, backend APIs, or community services.
- Submit automated spam, bot submissions, fraudulent streak claims, or falsified event attendance records.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, trojans, or unauthorized scripts.
- Violate the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.

04 Educational Content & Campus Resources Disclaimer
Devengers provides university syllabus notes, previous year exam papers (PYQs), coding roadmap materials, and interactive tutorials for strictly educational, fair-use, and non-commercial learning purposes.
While our student mentors strive to maintain the highest quality and accuracy, Devengers makes no warranties regarding syllabus completeness or official university endorsement. All third-party university names, acronyms (such as AKTU, MMMUT, GGSIPU, RGPV, MAKAUT, VTU), and trademarks belong to their respective institutions.
05 Digital Certificates & Credentials
Certificates issued by Devengers for hackathons, workshops, and mastery milestones are digital recognition of community participation and achievement. Certificates are cryptographically or uniquely verifiable through our public verification registry (certificates.html).
Any attempt to forge, modify, duplicate, or falsely claim a certificate ID will result in permanent invalidation of the credential and permanent expulsion from the community.
06 Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Disclaimer
The Devengers platform, software tools, coding challenges, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devengers, its founders, mentors, and contributors disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.
